Caregiver Support

Play Therapy is collaborative

Together, we create a path that helps you feel more equipped, more confident, and more connected — both to your child and to yourself.

Parenting asks a lot of your nervous system. Even when you love your child deeply, the daily work of caregiving can feel overwhelming, confusing, or isolating.  The Play Lab offers a space where you don’t have to hold it all alone. Parent support is not about fixing your child — it’s about strengthening your confidence, expanding your understanding, and helping you feel more grounded in yourself as you navigate the challenges of raising a human.

In our work together, you’ll gain practical tools for responding to your child’s emotional needs, clearer insight into their behavior, and guidance on how to create connection and security at home. We explore what supports your nervous system as much as your child’s, because regulation, attunement, and presence start with the caregiver’s capacity to feel steady and resourced.

We also hold space for your identity beyond parenting. Caregivers often lose touch with the parts of themselves that existed before the role — creativity, rest, personal interests, relationships, and the sense of who they are outside of meeting everyone else’s needs. The Play Lab becomes a place to reconnect with those parts, to acknowledge your own history and emotions, and to build a life that feels sustainable and authentic.
